You Don’t Have to Do It All

Do you ever feel like you have to do all the things?

Go, go, go…

Sometimes it feels like we’re competing in the “Busy Olympics,” aiming for a gold medal in doing the most. But here’s the truth: the prize for running yourself ragged is often a dysregulated nervous system.

Our culture tends to praise constant productivity and achievement. But I want to gently remind you of something important:

You are a human being, not a human doing.

You didn’t come to earth to prove your worth—you brought it with you.

That constant urge to keep doing? It might actually be your nervous system trying to protect you, pushing you into “flight” mode (as in fight-or-flight).

What if, instead of pushing harder, you allowed yourself to pause?

Just something to consider today.
