What Are The Odds?

Is it just me, or is being human really hard sometimes? Are you with me on that?

As a coach, I share all these helpful tools—and still, there are moments when I wonder why life can feel so bumpy, even when I’m doing my best to get enough sleep, connect with my people, move my body, and regulate my nervous system.

And then I remember… the goal of life isn’t to feel good all the time (even though that does sound tempting).

The goal is to learn how to navigate whatever comes our way—whether that’s life in general, our mixed faith relationships, or anything else unfolding in the moment.

That’s what resilience really is: getting back up, even when it’s messy and not at all pretty.

You’ve got this, my friend.
