Stressed? Try This...

I want to share something with you that is sooo simple, yet sooo life changing.

A RELAXED BODY CAN'T HOUSE STRESS.

When I first became aware of this fact, I had no idea how often my body is NOT relaxed.

Rushing to drop my son off to school with a death grip on the steering wheel...not relaxed.

Meeting with clients with my toes curled in my shoes...not relaxed.

Brushing my teeth with my shoulders tight...not relaxed.

Holding my breath during a mixed faith conversation...not relaxed.

Check in with yourself right now.

Are you relaxed?

Scan your body; is there any tightness, tension, pain, unease?

Find those areas of tension and LET IT GO.

You will need to do this over and over, but I am telling you...it works

Give it a try.

Having a conversation in a relaxed body helps you to show up much better, than when you are tight and tense.

I promise...a relaxed body can't house stress.
