Looking Back
Before we jump into 2026, can we pause and look back at 2025 for a moment?
I love scrolling through social media posts, journals, and calendars to remember the ups and downs—and I guarantee there were plenty of both.
Celebrate the beautiful parts, no matter how small. When we celebrate, we create more celebration.
And for the less-than-stellar moments, put your hands on your heart and acknowledge this: you made it through some real humdingers.
Before you rush into New Year’s resolutions to change yourself, please slow down.
You don’t need fixing. Especially in a mixed faith relationship, simply showing up in a life you didn’t plan on takes courage, resilience, and heart.
Before asking, “What do I need to change?”
Try asking, “What did I survive?” and “What do I want to carry forward?”
Let 2026 be built on compassion for who you already are.
