Pick One Thing
Sometimes being a human can feel really hard.
Are you with me on that?
Maybe it's something big and it doesn't feel like it is going away anytime soon.
Maybe you are just feeling like you are in a funk for the day.
Maybe it's a combination of big and small.
At least that is how it is for me.
Whatever life looks like for you today, I have a question for you to ask yourself:
What is one thing I can do to support myself today?
Is it a walk in the sunshine? Calling your bestie? Validating that today is hard (and that is ok)? Saying no to something? Delegating a task to someone else? Eating the chocolate chip cookie? Taking a break? Finding a video that makes you laugh? Listening to your favorite hymn (or maybe it's a little John Denver)?
Maybe your thing isn't on this list, no worries, just find something.
