Decision Paralysis

Did you know that our brains often fall into the habit of thinking everything is either:

  • Pass or fail

  • Good or bad

  • Easy or hard

  • Right or wrong

  • Amazing or terrible

This kind of all-or-nothing thinking can leave us feeling stuck, unable to move forward, and not making decisions.

I call this decision paralysis.

It takes the fun out of the process.

I have a new thought that you might find helpful:

“It’s all just a big experiment.”

Think about it—very few decisions are permanent.

Most things we move forward with can be adjusted or even undone.

We can pivot.

And honestly, you can't "do it wrong."

So, why not just try?

Move forward, experiment, and see what works.

Then try again.

Maybe life isn’t a test at all…maybe it’s just one big experiment.
