HI, I’M CHRIS
I know what it feels like to grieve the life you imagined while still showing up for the one you’re living.
Early in my marriage, my life took an unexpected turn that sent my family and me down a path I never planned. That experience forced me to confront the hard, tender realities of disappointment, grief, and uncertainty—and ultimately led me to the work I do today.
For years, I tried to fix things.
Fix the situation.
Fix the people around me.
Fix the way life was supposed to be.
What finally changed everything was learning to shift my attention inward.
Instead of trying to control everything around me, I began paying attention to what was happening inside—my nervous system, emotions, patterns, and sense of safety.
That shift moved me from feeling like a victim of my circumstances to becoming an active participant in how I experienced my life.
My life is still perfectly imperfect. But I’ve learned that when I care for what’s happening inside, I have a much greater capacity to handle whatever shows up on the outside.
Today, I help others do the same.
How It Works
