When Life Feels Like a Puzzle

I’ve grown to love puzzles—I try to always have one going.

They’re relaxing… most of the time.

Except when my life feels like the puzzle.

Our brains are wired to figure things out. We want the full picture. But so often, we don’t have all the pieces yet—and sometimes we’re not even sure what the picture is (could be the Great Wall of China or it could be colorful cupcakes).

That’s usually when my brain starts spinning.

So instead of trying to solve the whole thing, I come back to this:
What can I do with the pieces I have?

Maybe it’s focusing on the pieces that clearly fit.
Maybe it’s stepping away for a bit.

We don’t need the whole picture to take the next step.
