Find Yourself Looking At The Worst Case Scenario?
Today I have something weighing heavy on my heart.
Something out of my control that I can't do anything about.
My brain is offering me all of the worst case scenarios.
It is just trying to keep me safe, but sometimes it isn't so helpful.
After it has given me all of the things that can go wrong, I like to give equal air time to the things that could go right.
How often do you spend time focusing on how the best case scenario could be possible as well?
